Способ 1. В приложении — быстрее всего

1. Откройте DueStuff и войдите.
2. Настройки → Профиль → Удалить аккаунт.
3. Подтвердите: паролем, если входили по почте, или выбором аккаунта Google.

Аккаунт удаляется сразу.

Способ 2. Без приложения

Если войти не получается — телефон утерян, приложение удалено, — напишите на support@duestuff.com с того адреса, на который заведён аккаунт, с темой «Удалить аккаунт DueStuff».

Мы удалим аккаунт в течение 30 дней и ответим на тот же адрес. Письмо с другого адреса мы не выполним: так никто не удалит чужой аккаунт.

Что удаляется

• Запись об аккаунте у сервиса входа Google (Firebase Authentication): адрес почты, пароль и номер аккаунта. Войти этой почтой в прежний аккаунт больше нельзя.
• При удалении из приложения — ещё и весь каталог на телефоне: вещи, гарантии, снимки, документы, подписки, обслуживание.

Что не удаляется и почему

• Каталог на телефоне при удалении письмом. Он хранится только на устройстве, доступа к нему у нас нет. Его стирает удаление приложения.
• Архивы, которые вы выгрузили сами, и файлы, которые вы кому-то отправили.
• Служебные журналы Google (например, IP-адреса входа) — хранятся в сроки, установленные Google.

Копий вашего каталога у нас нет, поэтому удалённое восстановить нельзя. Нужен каталог — сначала выгрузите архив: «Настройки → Резервная копия → Сохранить копию».

Подписка DueStuff Pro

Удаление аккаунта не отменяет подписку. Её отменяют в Google Play: Профиль → Платежи и подписки → Подписки → DueStuff. Иначе Google продолжит списания.

Option 1. In the app — the fastest way

1. Open DueStuff and sign in.
2. Settings → Profile → Delete account.
3. Confirm with your password if you sign in with email, or by choosing your Google account.

The account is deleted immediately.

Option 2. Without the app

If you cannot sign in — the phone is lost or the app is uninstalled — write to support@duestuff.com from the address the account is registered with, with the subject “Delete my DueStuff account”.

We will delete the account within 30 days and reply to the same address. We will not act on a request from a different address: this stops anyone deleting someone else’s account.

What is deleted

• The account record in Google’s sign-in service (Firebase Authentication): email address, password and account ID. That email can no longer sign in to the old account.
• When deleted from the app — also the whole catalogue on the phone: items, warranties, pictures, documents, subscriptions, maintenance.

What is not deleted and why

• The catalogue on the phone when deletion is requested by email. It is stored only on the device, and we have no access to it. Uninstalling the app erases it.
• Backups you exported yourself, and files you sent to someone.
• Google’s service logs (for example, sign-in IP addresses) — kept for the periods set by Google.

We hold no copy of your catalogue, so deleted data cannot be restored. If you need the catalogue, export a backup first: “Settings → Backup → Save a backup”.

DueStuff Pro subscription

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → DueStuff. Otherwise Google will keep charging you.
